Logistically challenging…yes. Satisfying in the end…heck yeah! This was an all-hands-on-deck project with dozens and dozens of contributors from restaurants and hotels the world over. In the end we created a fantastic 288-page Asian noodle cookbook with recipes from everywhere NYC to Thailand.
